Trigger Rapid Economic Growth with Property Rights Reform

Due to various problems, like the contraction of working population, low birth rate, the lagging of urbanization, failure of migrant workers' citizenization, high cost of enterprises, low proportion of consumption in GDP, and the tendency of bigger capital outflow than inflow, downward pressure on China's economy has continued to mount. The author believes that today property rights reform is not in place yet, administrative control still exists, many industries need to open further, growth momentum has to expand to new fields, under these circumstances, deepen reform need to be done to release the vitality and trigger growth momentum. First, cut the cost of enterprise and recuperate through the supply side of the reform; then follow the sequence and advance gradually, push the reform of real property right, the reform of intellectual property rights and innovation system, and the reform of population growth and migration system, trigger three economic upturns and make China's economy grow with medium and high-speed and then medium-speed in the next 30 years.
